These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern sales made on the Courbesia.com website.
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products
Courbesia primarily sells products designed to help individuals achieve their weight gain goals.
The essential characteristics, composition, content, usage tips, and price of the products are indicated on their respective product pages.
Photographs and representations of the products are for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in presentation may exist without altering the essential characteristics of the product.
3. Price
The applicable prices are those displayed on Courbesia.com at the time of the order.
Any delivery fees are indicated to the customer before final validation and payment of the order.
Courbesia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to already confirmed orders.
4. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.
Before proceeding to payment, the customer can review the contents of their order and correct any errors.
The order becomes final after validation and payment, subject to payment acceptance and product availability.
An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during their order, particularly their name, address, and contact details.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are indicated at the time of order.
Payments are processed using the secure payment solutions offered on Courbesia.com.
Courbesia reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order in case of refused payment, suspected fraud, or payment incident.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the order.
Available delivery zones, costs, and estimated times are indicated on the site or at the time of placing the order.
The announced deadlines are estimates when specified and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, peak periods, or circumstances beyond Courbesia's control.
Mandatory legal provisions regarding delivery times remain applicable.
7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package
The customer must verify their delivery address before confirming their order.
In case of a package return due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package has not been collected within the time limits set by the carrier, the consequences and any reshipment costs will be handled according to the situation and applicable legal provisions.
8. Receipt of Order
The customer is invited to check the condition of their order upon receipt.
In case of a damaged, incorrect product, or an issue with the package contents, the customer must contact Courbesia as soon as possible at Courbesia@gmail.com, providing their order number and, where useful, photographs to demonstrate the problem.
This procedure does not limit the legal guarantees benefiting the consumer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
When applicable, the consumer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
The customer must inform Courbesia of their decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to Courbesia@gmail.com before the expiration of the applicable period.
The product must then be returned under the conditions and within the deadlines provided by the regulations.
The direct return costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise applicable provision or indication from Courbesia.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal may notably be excluded for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
This exception is only applied when the legal conditions allowing its application are met.
It does not deprive the consumer of their rights in case of a defective, non-compliant, or incorrect product.
11. Refunds
When a refund is due as a result of the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is made in accordance with the deadlines and procedures provided by applicable regulations.
Courbesia may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or until the customer provides proof of their shipment, when regulations permit.
The refund is generally made using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
12. Legal Guarantees
Consumers benefit from applicable legal guarantees, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.
These GTC do not limit the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by law.
13. Use of Products
The customer must respect the indications, usage tips, and precautions appearing on the packaging and/or product sheet.
Products sold on Courbesia.com must not be used in a manner contrary to the indications provided.
When a product is a food supplement, it must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of doubt regarding the use of a product or its compatibility with the customer's personal situation, they are invited to seek advice from a healthcare professional.

16. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections they may benefit from.
In case of difficulty, the customer is invited to contact Courbesia to seek an amicable solution.
When legal conditions are met, the consumer may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
The competent courts are determined in accordance with applicable legal rules.
